Processing of Applications

The applications are reviewed and agreed if acceptable.

Each application is considered on its merit:

• if acceptable, it is approved, the applicant is advised and the item or project is ordered.

• the maximum sum available to each applicant depends on funds currently available

• if more information is required this is then requested from the applicant. If after six months no response has been received from the applicant or professional involved the case is closed.
